Fee Schedule for Summer 2026
New! Use this spreadsheet to look up your school by name and see if you qualify for a reduced fee or
fee waiver.
If your school is not listed and you think it should be, please write us at info@mathcirclesofchicago.org and let us know your school. (Keep in mind, this is only a list of CPS schools that automatically qualify students for reduced fees and fee waivers; all children are welcome to participate in our programming, whether they are listed here or not!)
Waived Fee: Families that have a child that is attending a school where 75% or more of the children are lower income OR families that provide a tax return indicating an income of less than $70,000.
Half Fee: Families that have a child that is attending a school where between 50% to 75% of the children are lower income OR families that provide a tax return indicating an income between $70,000 and $100,000.
Full Fee: All other families. For families that enroll two or more children, the fees indicated are totals.

How to Qualify for a Stipend
Use this spreadsheet to look up your school by name and see if you qualify for a bonus by school LI%.
If your school is not listed and you think it should be, please write us at info@mathcirclesofchicago.org and let us know your school. You can also reach out to that address to learn more about documenting your family income for qualification.
Full Bonus
Full bonuses are given for excellent attendance, that is, attending greater than 80% of session dates.
Back of the Yards: At least 9 sessions including the final date.
Austin: At least 16 sessions including the final date.
Juarez: All 5 sessions each week earn $150 (so $300 is for qualifying students attending both weeks)
Partial Bonus
Partial bonuses are given for good attendance, but students still must attend the final date to earn their stipend.
Back of the Yards: At least 7 sessions, including the final date.
Austin: At least 14 sessions, including the final date.
Juarez: 4 sessions each week, including the final date (so $100 per week for max of $200 for the partial bonus)
